Home Based Pulmonary Wellness Works!

MiHealth Pulmonary Wellness Program allows you to improve your health at your own rate, in your own home

We will work with you to set an exercise, nutrition ans stress reduction program.  Using a simple Fitbit or Apple watch and the MiHealth app,  we will be able to  monitor and encourage your progress.   

Our coaches will help you focus on your wellness as you make incremental changes in your lifestyle, until old habits are broken and new, healthier habits formed.
